## Rules for agents
- request_viewing only forwards the buyer's message to the owner (with the buyer's consent). It books nothing. The owner replies directly.
- Never ask a buyer or seller to pay money before a viewing. CasaPrivat never asks for money for a home.
- Energy information (Spain: RD 390/2021 energy label; France: DPE classes) is declared by the owner.
